My research focuses on the interdisciplinary field of artificial intelligence, life sciences, and pharmacy, where I develop advanced machine learning algorithms to address critical biological problems. Over the past five years, I have published nearly 20 high-quality papers in SCI-indexed journals, with the total number of citations exceeding 1,000. My primary research interests include artificial intelligence-driven drug discovery, multi-omics data analysis of massive biological sequences, and bioinformatics big data platform development. My long-term goal is to integrate information technology (IT) and biotechnology (BT) into an innovative drug development framework, thereby strengthening healthcare systems and improving human health.
To date, I have published 19 peer-reviewed papers (6 papers as first or co-first author, 3 with IF > 10, 1 ESI Highly Cited Paper) in top journals and conference such as Nucleic Acids Research (IF=14.9), Database (IF=5.8), and ACM-BCB.
